Watertown- David E. Brown,76, died peacefully on Sunday, January 26, 2020 at the Hospice House of Jefferson County. He was born in Little Falls, NY to Merle D. & Dawn A. York. He graduated from Clarkson University and was a Mental Health Counselor. He is survived by three brothers, Mark A. Brown, Syracuse; Douglas Y. Brown, Punta Gorda, Florida; and Keith O. Brown, Amherst, NY.

There will be no calling hours or funeral services per his request. Memorial Donations can be made to Hospice of Jefferson County. Arrangements are being handled by the Northridge Cremation Chapel owned and operated by Lundy Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc.
